About
I’m AJ
I didn’t start this work because I wanted to empower women. I started it because something kept bothering me.
I had spent two decades inside wealth management — in rooms where settlements were structured and long-term plans were negotiated. I understood the math. But I kept seeing the same thing.
Capable women hesitating. Deferring. Asking, “What do you think?” Even when they were more than prepared. Even me.
It wasn’t a knowledge problem. It wasn’t a competence problem. It was something deeper.
We were raised to be responsible with money. Not authoritative with it.
And now we’re inheriting, earning, and building at levels no generation before us has.
That gap, between access and authority, is where I work.

A few things you won’t find on my résumé
- I value quiet mornings and conversations that don’t stay on the surface.
- I care deeply about legacy…not just what we leave behind, but how intentionally we live while we’re here.
- I’m endlessly curious about how women make decisions when the stakes are high and no option feels perfect.
- And I bring the same presence to my work that I bring to my relationships: steady, direct, and fully in the room.
